The annual Summer Festival is set to enthral us all in July. Buckingham Choral Society will kick off proceedings with a performance of Gilbert & Sullivan's H.M.S. Pinafore at 8pm on Saturday 2 July, with guest narrator for the evening, Rt Hon John Bercow MP for Buckingham and Speaker of the House of Commons. The week of arts and musical events will conclude with a Gala Concert at the Parish Church of St Peter & St Paul on Saturday 9 July featuring the Orchestra of Stowe Opera conducted by Edward Davies with Christopher Redgate playing oboe.

Tickets for all events are available from the Tourist Information Centre in the Old Gaol and from The Duke's Music shop in Market Hill. More information can be found on the Summer Festival website.
