Organised each year by Rosemary and Steve Heywood and sponsored by the Town Council, the Christmas Carnival is the highlight of the winter calendar. Since the town received its charter in 1554 from Queen Mary, a Charter Fair has taken place in the town centre in October. The fair runs over two weekends and is very popular with the young people of the town. |

Dates for the Buckingham Summer Festival Fortnight have been confirmed and will run from Saturday, July 5 to Sunday, July 20. The first week will be packed with daily concerts and recitals followed by a week of drama, arts and sports. |
